Deliveroo got in touch with us to create some lifestyle video content for the rider engagement section of their website. It was used to foster conversations between riders sharing their own stories, and to boost morale. The series of videos, called ‘Beyond Teal’, attempts to break through the stereotype of the modern-day delivery driver and provide a real insight into what these people do beyond riding for Deliveroo. We travelled to Brisbane and Perth to film two episodes, and they’ve been really well received, with the head office in the UK adopting the same format we used to create similar videos for their website.

This video was used internally to boost morale and increase engagement between riders.

By sharing other riders’ stories, it encouraged riders to talk to each other about their Deliveroo experiences and helped create a sense of community.
